We are certain you will be happy with your Birdy Wordy gift!  Since these gifts are personalized, they are non-refundable.  However, we would love to hear your feedback so we can cater our business to YOUR needs!

  • You Do It gifts will be either in the form of a POEM or a LOVE LETTER. 

  • All POEMS will be rhyming.  If you do not want to send your message in rhyme form, please choose the LOVE LETTER option.

  • POEMS and LETTERS will not be longer than one page, and the length will be determined by the creator based on the message being conveyed

  • You will receive a preview of your message within 48 Business Hours of completing the ORDER FORM.  From there, you have 24 hours to make any minor changes (change of a word or omit something).  If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours, your order will begin to be processed.  Please ensure you check your SPAM.

  • All Message in Bottle gifts will be processed and mailed within 14 business days.  You will receive an email when your order has shipped.
